Honeybees live in several hives installed on the rooftops of two buildings in Shimokitazawa, Setagaya, Tokyo. Worker bees gather nectar from the flowers around the Shimokita neighborhood. The honey produced there is Shimokita Honey.
It is completely pure honey with no additives, and is natural and unheated.
