Standard Shipping
- Tohoku, Kanto, Shinetsu, Hokuriku, Chubu, Kansai, Chugoku, and Shikoku: ¥700
- Hokkaido and Kyushu: ¥1,100
- Okinawa and remote islands: ¥1,400
Refrigerated Shipping
An additional ¥250 will be charged on top of the standard shipping fee.
Refrigerated shipping applies only to the Shimokita Honey Lemonade Syrup.
Orders Over 2 kg
- Tohoku, Kanto, Shinetsu, Hokuriku, Chubu, Kansai, Chugoku, and Shikoku: ¥1,000
- Hokkaido and Kyushu: ¥1,400
- Okinawa and remote islands: ¥1,700
Orders Over 5 kg
- Tohoku, Kanto, Shinetsu, Hokuriku, Chubu, Kansai, Chugoku, and Shikoku: ¥1,300
- Hokkaido and Kyushu: ¥1,700
- Okinawa and remote islands: ¥2,000

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

Any warranty or quality guarantee for products is subject to the applicable best-before or expiration date indicated on the product.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return or exchange is required due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If we agree to accept a return for reasons unrelated to product defects or shipping errors, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
